We've been here since June 1st and not only is the apartment amazing, but the management and maintenance staff are GREAT. Super fast to respond and get things done. I love it! They answered all of my questions prior to moving in as well as my countless questions after and I very much appreciate the communication. I know that's a big issue at almost every other apartment complex. Grounds a nice looking as well!.

Lived here for almost 3 years. It’s a very safe apt complex. The manager and rental office staff are very nice and love dogs. If you go to the office, they will give your pup a treat if you are a resident. The maintinence staff is also excellent.

I moved in about 6 weeks ago and love the complex so much! My move in experience with Jahnelle was nice and smooth. My little dog/escape artist got out of my yard this weekend and the management office quickly sent out a message to the complex to keep an eye out for her. Jahnelle even spotted her and called us as quickly as possible and she made it home safely! . I'm really happy to call Presidio home!.

Had a clog in my garbage disposal which we have only literally used maybe 3 times since we moved in a year ago. Was disposing of some pieces of vegetables when suddenly there was smoke coming from the disposal below the cabinet. Sent in a maintenance request right away. Ryan L. came pretty quickly to take a look. He replaced the disposal and the smoke and smell went away. Thank you Ryan! I appreciate the efficiency and your kind personality and customer service.

Living here 3 years and going for an other. All the workers are great. My husband and I love Zack. He always asks if there is anything else he can do. Very respectful and love having him. We trust him and very friendly. When ever we have an issue he come in and fixes it.

Ryan did a great job fixing the drywall, especially the corner. It looks like nothing ever happened. He was professional and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend him.

SHADOW RIDGE APARTMENTS REVIEWS

I have lived her for almost 3 years. The staff is amazing. They are understanding, patient and compassionate. The property is always clean and the landscaping is top notch, and the laundry rooms are cleaned daily. I find Shadow Ridge a very pleasant place to live. I love most of my neighbors! My dog loves laying on my patio soaking up the sun. Thank you Shadow Ridge!.

We have lived here since September and it is by far the best apartment experience we have ever had. Everyone we have worked with as far as management and maintenance goes has always been super friendly, attentive and efficient. Just as of Monday, we had a few issues that were handled same day. The location is conveniently close to shopping areas and the freeway all while being nestled up a quiet, neighborhood street. The property and landscaping is immaculate and it makes me happy to live in such well-taken care of place.

Our experience here has been great so far! We were able to move in a day earlier than expected and the management accommodated that for us. Also, if we have any questions or concerns it is very easy to reach out to management and they get it taken care of right away!.
