I’ve gone to Wilhelm several times over the last couple years, with everything from simple oil changes to a new radiator and even a transmission rebuild. They even fixed an A/C issue my previous mechanic never quite got right. The prices are always competitive, sometimes much lower than the national chains, and the quality of the work is always solid. Mike and Avery give top notch customer service and manage the repairs smoothly, and even when little issues pop up, they always honor the warranty (which is already twice as generous as other shops I’ve been to), and get you back on the road quickly.

Avery was so helpful - for the issue at hand, and other information related to other truck upgrades I'm considering. The crew was responsive and quick. They delivered what they promised on time and at the price agreed. He was helpful to me and was equally helpful to all the other customers that came in. They even swapped out my spare for no additional labor cost. I'd do business with them again with no reservations.

Courteous, efficient staff members. Data regarding check points was pertinent and visible on report sheet. Upcoming services were given informatively without agenda. They got me in quickly and out professionally. I plan to return.
