"Dr. Brett M. Wertman obtained his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency training in internal medicine at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. He completed his fellowship training in cardiology and interventional cardiology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Wertman specializes in coronary artery disease, heart valve disease, angioplasty and stent placement, atrial septal defect, patent foramen ovale, and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. He has advanced training in the percutaneous treatment of valvular heart disease, including aortic valve replacement using the Edwards Sapien heart valve system, as well as mitral valve repair using the Abbott MitraClip™ system. He has written several publications in leading peer-reviewed journals and has participated in live case transmissions at national meetings, demonstrating new techniques for treating coronary artery and valvular heart diseases. Dr. Yalvac is an outstanding cardiologist and I am most pleased to be his patient. Through his care, I have improved significantly in dealing with "heart failure." He has provided excellent guidance and diagnosis, prescribed appropriate medications, and given me actionable advice to improve my health situation. Dr. Yalvac is the best doctor I have ever had.

Dr Yalvac takes into account his patients knowledge and experience relative to their specific condition. he listens and integrates what he hears with his experience and knowledge to help the patient makes better decisions about his continued treatments and progress. Damn good doctor in my opinion.

Dr. Rasouli has been taking care of me for over 10 years and I can certainly recommend her to anyone who is seeking a first rate cardiologist. She is knowledgeable, well versed, pleasant, courteous and easy to talk to. She has always been there for me when I needed her and she definitely cares about my overall health. The office staff is pleasant and well organized. Waiting time in the office never exceeds 10 minutes.
