5/5 Experience. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. Very polite helpful staff members. Front desk informed me of the appointment cost before the session. My nurse explained every eye examining machine in a clear easy to understand way which eased my anxiety and asked detailed questions about my symptoms. The doctor spent a very generous time examining my eye scan results, asking lots of questions about my vision history and current experience, and explaining how my prescription has changed. I felt my concerns were taken seriously, I was treated with respect, and shown exceptional kindness. The check out staff woman understood my limited budget and explained where the affordable options were. She then adjusted my current glasses free of charge which I greatly appreciated.

My daughter got ortho-K from Woodbridge Optometry. The dr and staff have been extremely friendly, supportive and made the whole experience very smooth. I like being able to text the office and ask questions and get appointments scheduled easily. Highly recommended.

Love the doctors and staff here! So patient and attentive. They really know their stuff and if you want to get the very best service without someone trying to put one over on you then you need to go to Woodbridge Optometry!.

I've worn glasses for about 12 years now, so I've had over a dozen optometry appointments throughout my life. However, no exam has ever been as thorough as my exam with Dr. Chen. First off, her office staff is fantastic. They were helpful, efficient, and patient. I was a few minutes late and they were extremely understanding. They are also very responsive to emails. When I arrived for my exam, I was taken to the back for testing before being seen by Dr. Chen. I had double the amount of tests I'd normally have at any other optometry office -- which is a welcome change! Then, I was seen by Dr. Chen. She is friendly, intelligent, and highly experienced! She answered all of my questions, addressed any concerns I had, and was overall a joy. I feel SAFE in her care. You can see and feel the pride and passion she puts into her work. If you are looking for a new optometrist, I highly recommend Dr. Chen!.

Dr. Chen is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The staff at Concourse Optometry are very helpful, friendly, and polite. I have been going to Concourse Optometry for about 5 years now and would highly recommend anyone to visit Concourse Optometry that is looking for an eye doctor in or near Irvine.

My family has been patients of Dr Chen for years. She is one of the most professional, down to earth, kind, and very informative eye doctors we have seen. Her staff is awesome, her office is always immaculate and has a great selection of frames. I would highly recommend Dr Julie Chen.

I've been going to Dr. Ciobanu for quite a number of years now and she and her staff are top notch. She offers a full range of state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and she provides them with a complete knowledge of eye-care and a wonderful demeanor. She always answers all my questions and concerns. Her office staff, Daniel and Stephanie, are excellent and help me pick out frames that complement my face. The fact that the facility is at my local Target and offering Target value is even more incentive to continue with their care.

My mom age 96 needed glasses to allow her to keep driving,Diana was so incredibly patient with her as she guided her through the exam. Thank you so much for your care of my mom.

Scheduling was easy, the staff was professional, and Dr. Tran was exceptionally kind and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, a great experience with outstanding patient care. Thank you!
