Where do I start when i first arrived I was in extreme pain completely immobile. I want to thank the front desk for the prompt response in getting me my appointment and insurance approval to get my Epidural Injection. The energy in the office feels as family caring with empathy and compassion, Dr. Alfred Beshai has holy hands and is an expert in what he does. During the procedure pain was very mild. He is professional and quick. It’s been a week since my injection and I’m not in painkillers anymore! I’m still taking it extremely easy to fully recover. I hope to continue healing and recover from the herniated disc extrusion. Thank you Doctor and Staff.

Every step of this process has been amazing. Dr. Beshai has now treated my mother in law and my mother with kyphoplasty to repair compression fractures which were not only previously causing unbearable pain, but depressing these wonderful ladies. I’m amazed that a 20 minute procedure can change lives as it has for both of my mothers! I can only say that the quick result is miraculous: to be in debilitating pain and then painless in the same day is remarkable! And his staff has taken amazing care of us. Very, very grateful.

I'm extremely happy with the services provided. My back pain has improved significantly and I'm able to workout again! These injections work! Thank you so much.

Dr. Badday and Pacific Pain Management provide a great service in the relief of pain. Because of Dr. Badday, this allows me to have a better quality of life, maintain my vigorous workout regimen of training Jiu Jitsu 4 days a week and then another 2 days a week in the gym. I am grateful for having Pacific Pain Management and Dr. Badday as a part of my TEAM! I highly recommend them.

Honestly, the best Doctor we have ever encountered!! Dr Badday stays not only up to date on current methods and R&D, he helps educate the patient with the latest procedures and connects and listens to his patients and gives you the time that you need without feeling rushed. He and his staff are very efficient and organized and they always return their phone calls and truly make you feel like part of the family. Such a warm experience every time we go and we HIGHLY recommend such a unique doctor that truly understands people and medicine.

Very friendly office staff. They all remember your name. Dr Badday is great at what he does, he explains the procedures, and is friendly and professional at the same time. He'll sit in the office with you and listen to your concerns and offers his advice when you ask for it. Just an all around good doctor. He has helped me a great deal. Dr Mahrou and staff are amazing. I had two compression fractures and he was so helpful in explaining my injury and the options. I truly appreciate their timely responses also. They are very responsive and I appreciate the texting ability. I would highly recommend their office. They are amazing and Dr Mahrou is very caring, thoughtful and thorough.

Dr Mahrou provided post surgry care at Hoag Orthopedic Institute. He explained all of our options, checked in with us daily and provided support upon release and as we transistioned to home care. Communication was excellent and he took time to understand our concerns.

Dr. Mahrou has been my specialist for a few years now and I feel lucky that he’s my doctor. He takes his time explaining everything and really listens to you and doesn’t try to talk you into anything or sell you on a certain service/procedure. His staff are great as well.
