Tinney is very professional, experienced and they care. I was very pleased with the binding to my rug. The pad they suggested and cut to size and the pick up and delivery. Their prices are very good and fair. I highly recommend.
My first time getting a rug cleaned. They are very thorough and showed me some fading on the rug that I hadn't noticed prior to bringing it in which was helpful because I would have probably noticed it when inspecting the rug on pick up. Everyone was friendly but my favorite employee was their 4 legged one.
Great place! They take care of you and the rugs it's know wonder why they have been around for so long.
