Precision Garage Door technician LUKE ROSE was very informative, friendly and competent guy with years of experience in this field and he loves his job. He goes above and beyond and his knowledge shows when the job is completed. We had a complete overhaul of springs, bearings, rollers, keypad and light bulbs. This was our first time using Precision Garage Door and was impressed with the service and would definitely use them again
Expanding our existing Garage and needed a bigger door. Precision had installed our previous garage door ten years ago and had given us great service. Our builder was using someone else. We had both review and quote the new door. Precision was prompt helpful and and we agin chose them. Both had similar pricing. Liked the unit they had best. The Precision designer/sales associate Mike was excellent.
Matt H is the best. Garage door spring broke Friday. Noon scheduled job. He showed up two hours early on Friday. Had everything in his truck to replace rollers motor springs adjust everything remotes programmed perfect job couldn’t be happier. Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and polite. First time needing garage repair services and from all the positive reviews of Kenny at Genie of St.Pete, I went ahead an scheduled an appointment. Kenny came out today to look at my garage door. He knew exactly what trouble shooting issue to try that could have been causing my garage door to not work. Unfortunately, I had to replace the whole system but Kenny had it all done in a little over an hour. He has great customer service skills. I recommend utilizing him for any garage door needs and I will go to Genie for any future issues.
Very professional service. Showed up on time, completed the job in one hour with no surprises or add-on fees. Reprogrammed old remote controls and new ones and cars. Door opener works great. Installer Bill also adjusted the door for better operation. Highly recommend
