Total Air handled my air conditioning issue promptly and with complete courtesy. While my systems were installed by another provider that is no longer in business, Total Air honored the warranty claim and repaired the unit. Their serviceman - Jason was easy to work with, communicated well and was very professional. I highly recommend Total Air to anyone needing service or looking to upgrade a system.

These guys were always very professional, prompt, and willing to answer any questions I had. I asked Eddie to come out and quote us for a complete AC system replacement. Without me asking he checked our old system to make sure we actually needed to spend the money on a new one (Cleaned it out, checked coolant levels, and tested the compressor). He said it was definitely on it's way out and we'd probably want to replace it soon. Glad we did because our first electric bill with the new system was significantly lower and everything has been working great.
