Steve was punctual, polite and very thorough. He helped us to get a better understanding of what condition our house was in beneath the surfaces. By using their inspection we were able to focus in on fixing exactly what needed to be fixed in order to sell our home. I would describe us as thoroughly satisfied customers. I would highly recommend radiant property inspections for any of your needs in that department. I would also like to add that everyone that I spoke with associated with this company was polite and helpful. Very nice doing business with them.

Thank goodness for the Radiant team! Our inspector was wonderfully thorough and uncovered some problems that would have caused us a great deal of trouble later on. He also took a lot of time to help us really understand the scope of the problem and why it was a problem and what kinds of things would need to be dealt with. Zack was right on time for our appointment. He immediately started a thorough inspection of the entire property. I in addition to the standard inspections that I have had performed at other properties, Zach was well prepared with temperature sensors and moisture sensors, testing areas that were of concern. When the inspection was completed, he gave a dBrief of the overall inspection with pictures showing areas that were deficient.Being a professional engineer, I was impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of the inspection.

I have gone through half a dozen inspections as a residential buyer. Shelton Home Inspections is by far the BEST inspection company I have ever worked with. They were responsive, professional, and thorough in their inspection process. I followed Zack around during the inspection (which you're not supposed to do), and asked tons of questions and advice.
