Jim arrived on time and clearly described what he'd do, the time-line, and what we should expect. He was extremely positive and upbeat and it was easy to see he enjoyed helping people. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results and are very happy with low cost especially considering the savings by not needing to replace our carpet.

We have fairly old and stained wall-to-wall carpeting and area rugs. Now they look great. Jim was punctual, explained the costs clearly, and finished in much less time than anticipated. We will definitely call on Abbey when we next need carpet cleaning.
