Lucas is very prompt and a true professional. His fees are very reasonable. Lucas reformatted my laptop and restored all of my files and photos. He added a typing program and a new hard drive for me. He explained everything he did to my satisfaction and with patience! My laptop is as good as new and runs a lot faster now. It's nice to have someone as kind of an understanding as Lucas. I went to Reboot to have my computer checked out, it was running but the screen was not turning on when I started it up. I heard that Reboot offered a free diagnostic check, but they offered far more. Edwin was the customer service rep. I met and he was very helpful. I handed Edwin my computer and within 3 mins he had diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem, all I needed was new RAM. I left the store with a bill of $25 and my laptop is now running faster than ever. I would highly recommend Reboot and their staff for anyone with a computer issue. I will be back and refer business to Reboot with no hesitation!

Geeks 'n' Nerds have been caring for my computers for a number of years. They are the best! I usually have a couple of laptops and they keep them in tip-top condition. I moved to Boise, Idaho last year and have not found anyone to compare. I retired one of my laptops and brought the other one with me to Salem on my vacation. Once again, they restored my computer. It was worth the trip. Dolly and John are very personable and their techs are excellent. I can't say enough good things about them and their service.
