3 Best Plumbers in Salem, OR

I needed a new sewer line. I invited two companies to bid on this project. The bid Done-Rite gave was about half the cost of the other bidder on this project, and they worked with me, showing me exactly where my current, messed up line was and what would be needed for the new line. (The other bidder acted as if I was just bothering him when he was working on the bid.) When I mentioned the two bidding companies to a friend, he recommended Done-Rite without reservation. (They've done a couple of projects for him.) And he was right. They are pleasant and professional, kept me informed at every step and are very organized about both the work and the scheduling. They had to do this work in mud and rain, and still did a great job. I can see why they get word-of-mouth recommendations. And now I know a good plumber to recommend. Can't ask for better service than these people gave.

Best ever! Josh Smith is a rock star and can explain any complicated issue in a way even I can understand. This is the rarest thing: a quality company that does quality work and sends the most competent employees. When Judson's Plumbing canceled at the last minute, these guys gave us an a fast appointment and no B.S. like Judson's.

Eric and his assistant were wonderful to work with. Professional, timely, easy to have in the house. Answered all of our questions and double checked their work. We highly recommend them for repiping adventures! The office staff was communicative and responsive- thanks to the DoneRite team.

We had placed a service call to Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Salem, and John C. and Taylor K. came over on the same day to give us an estimate on what we wanted done. They came back Monday, to do the job. They installed two new bathroom sinks for us along with three new faucets. They removed all the old stuff. Our new sinks have a rectangular shape vs the old ones removed had an oval shape. The new ones are also larger! So, they had to cut some more into our wooden counter tops to get the correct shape to match to the new sinks. They made sure all the plumbing was in working order and made adjustments where needed. It all looks and works great now! John and Taylor arrived on time and communicated well about the things they were having to do here.The office did well in scheduling us in rather quickly and giving us a heads-up on when John and and Taylor would arrive! We are very happy with the Service we received here and will call Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Salem again, if needed.

We had Colby from Mr. Rooter show up for our appointment and I just wanted to take the time to write to say that he was such a trustworthy, professional, communicative Vendor, he addressed my issues, was super thorough in his diagnosis and talked about our options. I never felt pressured to do the next steps and I really appreciated working with Colby. He was terrific. I will always call this company, Mr. Rooter is very credible and Professional and they are going to be first on my repair list. Good people.

Colby did a sewer inspection for us today and he was great, professionaland very informative. I had never caller Mr. Rooter before and he really left a great impression. The cost was as estimated and fair, and he even diagnosed an issue for us.
