Gorgeous. That’s the one-word review from one of my neighbors after Pfeiffer finished putting on my new roof. Another neighbor told me how impressed he was with efficiency and quality of the work as it was being put on. I couldn’t agree more with my neighbors, and they didn’t know how respectfully I was treated through the whole process, from my many questions at the very start of the process, to Sam’s delightfully cheery personality as I made my choices, to the way the crew and crew boss were so friendly and answered all my questions, to the very thorough cleanup after each day, to the follow-up inspection, and the way my questions were answered even after it was all done. This company makes you feel cared for from the start and beyond. I’m so glad I chose these professionals—and it sounds like my neighbors are, too.
While they were delayed by the storm and an earlier scheduled appointment that ran long, they we'd up promptly, clearly communicated, and did a beautiful job! The on site crew were careful with my landscaping, Christmas lights, and kind to both me and my doberman. They cleaned up after themselves. All the neighbors are impressed with the quality of the work and the final result.

Outstanding customer service and care, along with a complete knowledge of roof components to address on complex roof design. Corrected issues not completed by previous company just 7 years ago, including ice and water barriers in deep valleys and low slopes, metal valley flashing, proper shingle installation, improved ventilation, and more. Any questions or concerns were promptly addressed to my satisfaction. Efficient and reliable performance, with daily clean up. The roof looks great!!
I recently called Valley Roofing regarding a small leak in the vent above my bathroom. Jon, the owner, immediately came to assess the problem. He discovered it was due to debris (mainly pine needles) around the vent causing the backup. He cleaned the area and this resolved the problem. Thanks, Jon, for your service and not charging me. I will definitely call Valley Roofing for any future problems.

Jeremy Dumanovsky Roofing did the tear off and installed my existing metal roof over 10 years ago. He was the lowest bidder and his crew did quality work. He came out this morning to cover an old furnace flu pipe opening in my roof which leaked. It was probably improperly installed by the furnace company and had leaked and caused damage to my furnace. Jeremy came out personally this morning and fixed it. I would always recommend his company given my past and current experience.
I am overwhelmed by how fast the crew did such a good job. I was planning on a long draw out procedure. The materials were delivered around noon, The crew arrived in a caravan about 12:30, And were done around 6pm. Roof complete, Cleaned up, and even put all my wife's plants ,wind chimes and other Misc. back in place. Very satisfied and will recommend to friends and neighbors.
Very good experience from the visit by the estimator to the completion of our new roof. The crew that did the work seemed to genuinely enjoy working together. The installation crew were respectful of our property and our neighbors. They were in and done in just one day as they had promised. I would definitely recommend them to others.
