Our garage door broke and would not close. I called and told them my issue, including that we were not able to close the door. They talked to Dan, a tech that was just getting ready to go home. He arrived, with Ken, about 30 minutes later. They were very professional and we enjoyed talking with them. They did fantastic work in a short period of time. Next time we need anything done to our garage door we will surely call Salem Garage Door Specialties first. Friendly, helpful, professional and great craftmanship.

Very simple and easy process from start to finish. Kenn was extremely helpful and made sure we got exactly what we needed, even with extremely custom measurements. The wait time for the door was shorter than any other place in town. As soon as our door came in it was installed in less than an hour and it looks great. Would highly recommend this company not only for their exceptional service but also their unbeatable prices.

Derrick was our service tech for our broken spring repair. He was timely, honest, thorough and friendly. Replaced our springs and got us up and running in no time! Dispatch was easy to work with and was billed promptly! 10/10 would recommend SGDS.

We called and spoke to Melinda this morning, she was friendly and informative. She was able to schedule for someone to come out to our residence the same day. Dave and another employee came to fix our garage door which was unable to close. They untangled the cable and tightened the springs. They were also able to identify that the sensor wires were loose causing the opener to malfunction. They cut the wires to the correct lengths and fixed the issue. Dave and his partner were very professional, courteous and patient with us.

Phenomenal experience! Superior Door was attentive and accommodating, in an era where many companies are dismissive and distant. Our garage door wasn't an easy install and they made it work beautifully! Furthermore, it's so quiet! A high quality, insulated door at a very fair price. Malinda and the employees were always courteous, patient and professional. We couldn't be more pleased.

I called them to serviced the springs on my garage doors as well as put new rollers & Hinges. Fantastic job and great customer service. They were able to get me in fairly quickly and were reasonable priced.
