Tom has cleaned my sofa and carpet twice and has been nothing but a positive experience! He got me into his schedule quickly and went above and beyond with his attention to detail, took his time and gave good recommendations, very professional and a wonder demeanor. I will have him continue to come yearly to clean sofa and he will be back soon to clean two swivel chairs. A very positive experience!
