Ben is the nicest guy you can imagine!! I had a garage door sensor issue. He came next day and fixed it quickly. Gave me recommendations of further improvements for the door without pushing. His price for sensors was the best I could find. I would definitely recommend him for any garage door issues you may have. An absolute class act! I recently used Big Guy Garage Doors after having met Tim when he stopped at my children's lemonade stand and I was truly blown away by every aspect of our experience. I reached out on a Sunday and within hours received a phone call back. I explained the urgency of our situation and Tim arrived first thing Monday morning. Not only is he clearly an expert, he is friendly, trustworthy and efficient. He bent over backwards to finish the job right away and made the extra effort to come back the next day to ensure everything was working properly and to reexplain the new key pad. Personable, small town service at it's absolute best.

Big Guy Garage Doors More like Nice Guy Garage Doors! Tim was incredibly kind and thorough during his installation of a new garage door opener in my home. I told him some of the idiosyncracies we were experiencing with the new home we purchased and its old garage door opener. Not only did show us alternatives to our ongoing issues, but he didnt try to upsell us on anything. He provided plenty of clear and concise information on how to maintain our garage door and all of its app functionality. 5 stars.

Tim with Big Guy Garage Doors was awesome. I called him mid-morning and he was able to make it out to my house and fix the problem by lunch time. Super personable and explained the issues with my door and how to prevent them in the future, he even gave me a couple extra maintenance tips. I would highly recommend and will be calling him for any future needs.
