We did our first fence with Fence Factory about 32 years ago. There may be a bit less hair on the heads of James and Phil after all these years, as well as on my own, but they are more on top of their game than ever. The best personalized service with amazing attention to detail when it comes to the planning, and the installation was quick and beautifully accomplished by as experienced and friendly a crew you could imagine. We've used Fence Factory in the intervening years, for both ourselves and the clients of our design business, and we've always been impressed with the outcome. Our most recent installation, this Spring, was a stepped height PVC privacy fence along the street in front of our house to replace an old wooden fence in the same location. It looks great and has garnered lots of positive attention from neighbors, and it beautifully complements the pvc fence we had them put in along one of our neighboring property lines about ten years back. Worth taking a look at their showroom and all the samples they've created out front and to meet the super office staff, as well. Thanks, guys.

We just had our fence replaced and our experience with Phil and James from the Fence Factory could not have been better! We always like to do business with family owned/local businesses when we can and the Fence Factory was recommended by a friend. From minute one I got a great feel from Phil, his estimate was fair, he was very responsive to my inquiries and he was able to adhere to my timetable for installation (with a little help from the weather). The guys who were in my backyard for close to a week were tremendously courteous and clean (always tidying up after at the day's end). The guys have been with the Fence Factory for years and it shows! Our new vinyl fence is exactly what our property needed to complete it's "face-lift". A fantastic experience from start to finish. Cannot recommend the Fence Factory enough.
