I visited a few weeks ago to store my belongings and was super relieved to be treated so kindly. I never had a storage unit before, so I needed extra help understanding the process. Lilian, I believe her name was, made everything so easy. Even when I was confused, she didn't mind explaining things to me in a way that I could understand. Thanks to her , I was able to secure a unit quick. I'd definitely recommend this storage unit to everyone.

The only reason I went with public storage was because of the women in the office at the front desk. She was very helpful knowledgeable and took her time explaining the process and answering all my questions.

Lillian was great in making my moving experience less stressful. She got me in the right size space with a great price. Very efficient and friendly.

My recent visit to the Hamilton Ave site in Stamford couldn’t possibly have been any better thanks to an outstanding employee, Tremayne Walker, who went above and beyond to find just the right unit for me at a great price. He could have given up much sooner but he persisted until he’d done his absolute best. He was so accommodating and helpful and is also a delightful person. We had great chats while he was working his magic. I am most grateful to him and will have to stop by and visit him at his regular site on Shippan Avenue. Tremayne is a gem!.

Roberta and the gentleman who was with her were very friendly and accommodating. The prices are great and They answered all of my questions and made me feel welcomed. Thank you, you are greatly appreciated.
