I recently had my old air conditioning unit removed and a new one installed by Tyler Air LLC. It was a seamless process from the very beginning when the issue was diagnosed to the completion of the installation of the new unit. We received a quote from Donny the same day we requested it and he was very patient answering our questions and concerns. Patrick and Fred were the technicians that installed the new unit. Tyler Air, LLC came out today to replace my air conditioning unit today. Patrick & Fred were great, they walked me through everything they were doing step by step. The were super friendly and cleaned up the entire workspace and place all items back in their original spots. They were professional and timely and then reviewed everything again before they left and answered all my questions. Great work!

One of the hotest weeks of the summer my regular HVAC maintenance contractor came out to do a PM on my unit and found that the compressor was grounded. As a result I needed to get estimates for a new compressor, as well as, a new air handler, due to age and incompatibility. I received 4 estimates and Upul's was the most fair and was able to install it most quickly. He and his team Anthony and Jacho were professional, offered solutions to the set up in the small closet where my air handler lives, closed up holes and left inside and outside spotless. The Rudd compressor, Rudd air handler and Honeywell wifi thermostat are working great after a little over a month. I expect when I need to put the heat on, it will work just as well.
