We had a wonderful experience with East Bay Oriental Carpet Cleaning. They were thoughtful and took time to educate us as to the value of our carpets. They appreciated that this is a huge expense and that we should get what we can afford at this time. We found other rugs that we will get cleaned and will live with them until we can afford to get them repaired. Thank you so much for your kindness and willingness to work with us.

5 stars all around. They were extremely responsive, professional, timely, and delivered exactly what they said they would. They were even able to make an old red wine stain barely visible. Will definitely use them again in the future!

We had a disastrous situation involving our puppy and an new oriental rug. They came promptly and picked up the rug, returned good as new. Added a new, waterproof rug pad and a coating to protect from stains and sun. Put rug and furniture back in minutes. Amazing service and highly recommended.
