Debra was a great help to get me moved in same day. She helped us while she was on her lunch and had no extra coverage. Someone who’s great at their job and a very helpful person. I appreciate what she’s done for me and getting me in so soon. The storage space looked clean and everything was great about it. Thank you guys !.

Mike in the office was very friendly he showed me two units because I am moving out of my place. He was very helpful and helped figure out which price point etc would work for me. I appreciate the great customer service. Thank you and I would definitely recommend renting a unit here.

I have had my storage at this location for a number of years. Bianca is the manager and was the main reason I still rent at this location. She is a fantastic manager, customer centric, super friendly, respectful, and always helpful. Without a doubt, she exceptionally knowledgeable and extremely professional at her work. And she’s the most patient, caring and supportive human being I have ever known. I quite recently had an odd experience with on of the staff members when I wanted to change my unit based on discount promotion being offered at this location. I Received a bad customer service experience from that staff member and I decided to contact Bianca directly. She invited me to the office and in less than five minutes the problem was resolved. Bianca endorsed all documents and issued a new unit. I was very impressed. To me, this is like magic and that is exactly the Bianca I know and have confidence in. Blessings Bianca ! Keep up the great work.

I have used this location in the past and was very happy with it so after moving back from having lived in Santa Barbara a couple years I decided to get a unit here again. Bianca was super friendly and helped me choose the best size for my needs and also a unit in a location that fit my request (I wanted something on the ground floor and close to an entrance). 100% would recommend.

Ms . Sierra was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend her . She did an outstanding service at public Storage in Concord.

Reva was so kind and helpful! I came in to rent a small unit and she was the only one working on a Sunday. The property was busy and I was impressed by her ability to multitask and take care of multiple guests simultaneously. She showed me the unit before I completed the rental and made sure to tell me the details of the online rate I was using. The grounds were extremely clean and the property is massive. You can tell this place is well managed. 10/10 would recommend!.

Rented a unit from Reva today and she was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and happily answered all the questions that I had for her. She is very thorough and made sure I knew everything I needed to know and thanked me for my business with a smile and I was in and out of there within 10 or 15 minutes. Thank you Reva appreciate it!!!.

Love the girls at the office. They are very attentive and professional on their tenant needs. Both of our units are in the best spot and secured, the location is convenient to freeway access.
