I had a Mini Split Heat and A/C system installed a year ago and it was time for the annual cleaning and checkup. Nick, a technician for Perfect Star, came out at the exact time of the appointment. He explained what he was going to do and how long it should take. He was courteous and did the work quietly. He answered my questions and was done quickly. Amazing company with amazing employees. I chose the right company for my heating and cooling system.

Excellent job all around! Jesus explained what was to be done then thoroughly checked all systems within heating and cooling. He then provided photos of each part of our system as they were worked on. There was no guessing or wondering what was done. Additionally, we added two parts to our unit that were missing and swapped out incorrect amperage fuses. All in all outstanding job! We recommend Perfect Star for maintenance or installation.

First vendor (Elvin was the tech) to take the time to measure, ask questions and explain the advantages of working with Perfect Star. Pricing very competitive as well. Got a good comfort level with the service provided so far. Another vendor just left, took no notes, barely looked at my current setup, so Perfect Star is setting the new gold standard of vendor selection. I'm still in the research stage, but Perfect Star is a definite contender.

Service Champions has been great once again. Over the years with several houses we needed them. Service is top notch. Last year it was the AC and today it was the heaters. Setting up appointments was easy and they offered to come 3 days sooner than a competitor. Auggie was fantastic. He came late in the day after most technicians would have quit for the day. He stayed until he could diagnose the problem. Came back today with the parts and stayed until 7:15 pm so that we would have heat tonight. Very friendly and competent. Highly recommend.

We just had Service Champion out for our annual service tune up. Everything went well. We also discussed other services they offer. We decided to up grade our attic and replace all our ducts. Always a pleasure working with Service Champion. Always great work and very professional.
