My hard drive on my laptop recently crashed, and I worked with Custom Computers Inc to replace the hard drive. They were short staffed, and the repairs took longer than I expected. Despite the challenges, the company was an amazing group of professionals who kept me reassured and set realistic expectations for me throughout the process. All my settings were the same when the computer was returned to me and there was a noticeable improvement in how well the laptop performed. This is a local business that I would return to and recommend to others.

Super knowledgeable, friendly, competent, and just overall great service. Highly recommended.

Eric provides excellent and prompt customer service and is expert at computer issues. He solved a router issue for me within 5 minutes over the phone –and I had been dealing with issue for weeks!!!! He picked up the phone immediately and answered all my questions –even without charging me! I have recommended him to my friends and will use his services whenever I have any computer issues.

I have used Eric for all my computer service for about ten years. I have always found Eric to extremely responsive, professional, and fairly priced. When Eric leaves; I know that my computers are running at peak performance and I have nothing to worry about. When I need something computer related; I never give it a second thought; I call Eric. Thanks Eric.

R-COMPUTER REVIEWS

We have been using R-Computer for over 20yrs and They are a really great company with really great team member on staff there. Stephen in the inhouse tech dept is always fast friendly and does a really great job for us whenever I need to bring in one of our computers. They all are kind, quick, thorough, they stand behind their work and boy do they build fantastic custom computers that last and stand the test of time far better than HP, Dell and other big name brands. You truly get great a great quality product at a very reasonable price. I will not go anywhere else.

All I can say is that R Computer is outstanding. My wife worked for a family business that used R Computer. They were extremely helpful and always available when needed. When it came to our home computer whenever we had issues we would contact R Computer (as we are not very computer literate). When we needed a new desktop computer and laptop we went through R Computer. They are very honest, and worked with us for what we needed. Rhonda, Stephen and John are the best. I would highly recommend R Computer. They have been lift savers for us.

My laptop died all of a sudden, and found R -Computers near by. I had a pleasure of speaking with John and Steven Who advised me that it was time to Invest into a new laptop instead of dumping money on the old one I had. As a consumer, I appreciate their honesty and definitely recommend them to anyone else.
