Jose was our repair tech, and he truly took pride in his work. His measurements and work was precise!Jose also put new rubber on the bottom which was worn. Our door is closing and sealing beautifully. All areas are closed and no light comes through. Mission accomplished! I am so glad we went with Willie and his family owned small business Bay Area Doors to get our new garage door. My husband talked to Willie and set up the appointment. I met with Willie when he came to our house to go over an estimate for the garage door. I told him what we were looking for and that we had a budget. He didn’t suggest anything crazy or out of what we were looking for. When he gave me the estimate I was pleasantly surprised at how fair and affordable it was. We got a hold of my husband and he was happy with it as well. Less than a week later we had a new garage door installed. Nate was the installer and did a great job. He took his time, was neat and clean and very polite and respectful. Unfortunately because the garage door was in the shade when I looked at it, I did not notice the waves in the top part of each panel. My husband noticed it when he got home from work because it was in the direct sun. My husband got a hold of Willie and sent him the picture. And less than a week later we had a new replacement garage door installed by Nate. He went to the warehouse of the garage door company and went through multiple boxes to make sure we got panels that were not damaged. Willie handled the replacement quickly and efficiently, with no hassles. We will definitely be using Bay Area Doors for any future garage door needs. I highly recommend.

I submitted my request for a service call online late evening. I received a call around 9:00am the next morning from Willie who was very cordial and accommodating in arranging the next day appointment window between 9:30am-11:30am. Nate arrived promptly at 9:30am. Nate said the task (spring replacement) would take about 45 minutes which it did. Upon the replacement, Nate also recalibrated the door, checked that the motor was working effectively, and lubricated all the joints. Nate also explained the suggested schedule/procedure for maintenance of the tracks and joints which I could do. Nate was super professional and did a great job. Would highly recommend Bay Area Doors!

I called Willie and explained that the garage door spring broke and needed to be replaced. He came over very quickly and replaced the spring. He checked and oiled all the other springs. Very reasonable price and excellent work. I will definitely call him for future related issues.
