Elegant Thread Carpet Care

They were on time and thorough. We have white wool carpets that have not been cleaned in two years due to Covid. Their cleaning was far superior to anyone else we have her used in the last 25 years. I will use them again. Additionally, they accidentally broke a light switch cover and volunteered to give me a credit. So, they are honest as well, as hard working.

I have been using Elegant Thread for at least 10 years and wouldnt trust anyone else. I don't need to be home when they come, they always do an excellent job. I get exactly what I want and the charge is always as quoted. They always follow up with a phone call to see how the job went. I really appreciate their attention to detail. They are a pleasure to work with start to finish.

They are professional. They are very responsive. They are good at what they do. If I ever have a problem, I'll call them and the manager will show up personally to take care of it. They have a good staff. They do a great job.
