I cannot say enough great things about Shelton Roofing. They just completed re-roofing 5 buildings in my townhouse complex. The workers were polite, professional and extra accommodating. They cleaned up every day and walked our driveways looking for nails etc. They were ahead of schedule and completed before the estimated date of completion. The roofs look so amazing. From start to finish Sean (Shelton Roofing) was always there to answer our questions. Our roof looks fabulous and they did a great job repairing all the areas that needed fixing. They added some vents to the attic which we thought was an excellent idea. The workers were very professional throughout the job, very kind and respectful of our needs. Tom the owner was super friendly and quick to respond to answer any questions, and wasn't pushy at all. When the work started, their crew showed up on time everyday and always performed their work in a clean professional matter. Their workers really took their time to make sure the finished product looks as if it was their own house. It took around 5 days from start to finish and the whole process was a breeze. I am very impressed with the work Cal-Pac did and the new roof looks amazing, I have gotten countless compliments from neighbors saying how great it looks. I am getting solar as well and Cal-Pac worked with me and the solar company to schedule everything and work together to make the whole process easy. I can't say enough about this company. Some years ago we had a total roof replacement that we were very happy with. The team from Cal Pac Roofing was so great to work with. But recently, due to our "atmospheric rivers" of rain that we have been experiencing, we found some issues with the roof that were causing some leaks. So stressful.
