Excellent experience with Killroy so far! We are working with technician Rudy and he did an amazing job inspected and treated our new home. He genuinely cares about our pest situations and answered all my questions. Also the client representative Tasha is super nice and responsive during the whole process for the termite fumigation and pest control service. Would recommend!

Daniel is very knowledgeable and kind. He was patient with all the questions I asked and was genuinely interested in helping find out if I had bed bugs. I will go to Killroy Pest control for any future concerns. Thanks so much for providing peace of mind and excellent customer service.

ay figured out the source of the wall noises at night in my second floor bedroom, and traced it to problems with the roof. Though the problem may require significant changes to the roof to solve, and Jay said he would refer me to a roofer, I appreciate the fact that he took out time to diagnose the problem, and did not charge for it. He clearly thinks what is good in the long term for the customer!

Jay is awesome! He came and help me and my hubby out with fleas that started to try and take over my yard, I highly recommend him, he is very nice and professional and all around good guy. Thanks JAY.

Jay took care of the problem with great expertise & professionalism. He also took care of the fact that we have children & a dog. I most definitely recommend Delta!

It was a pleasure working with John and Gabriel and his team. John addressed all of our concerns and was very thorough when inspecting the house. I called John several times and was very responsive and called me back right away. Gabriel and his team were professionals and very quick. They left everything clean after they were done. Gabriel was very easy to work with and again addressed my concerns regarding our fruit trees and reassured me that it will be okay. He explained everything that they did and about the warranty. Overall, our experience with Vanguard was very pleasant and will definitely recommend using them.

Vanguard provides great service. Armando came out to do inspection and he was very thorough, clearly explaining everything he was looking for. Gabriel and Roberto came to do the actual treatment. Scheduling was straightforward, they were on-time, and provided clear details about everything they did. I went for the secondary termite treatment with the 5 year warranty, so looking forward to being termite free for the next few years.

Vanguard did a great job treating the termites and wood boring Beatles at our property. They were very professional and curious and did a thorough job. I appreciated them explaining the process and the warranty. Thanks again.
