Let me start by saying that Debora, the agent who assisted me, was an absolute gem. Her friendly and helpful demeanor made me feel instantly welcomed and assured me that I was in good hands. Debora took the time to explain all the available options, patiently answering my questions and ensuring I had a thorough understanding of everything before finalizing the rental agreement. Her professionalism and dedication to ensuring I found the perfect storage solution were truly exceptional.

Jimmy at Extra Space was super helpful in getting me setup with a unit on very short notice. Excellent customer interaction. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for storage solutions in the area.

Just rented here, it's been a great experience. The nice lady the called me and set me up to help me get setup was nice and friendly over the phone, and the nice guy Russell the guy at the counter was super nice too. I was shown my rent spot, the amenities like the carts, codes, parking, and many things. Place is huge, not hard to find though. Love my new rental and a great price too. Hope this review is found helpful to those looking for renting a spot with nice and friendly folks to help you around. Thank you to Russell again for his great friendliness and customer service.

I was so impressed with the customer service I received. Lakisha is an asset to this company. She is so professional and follows up with you when you ask her to. If she had not followed up with me I may have went with another storage facility, but I’m greatful she remembered to call me back. Most of the time my experience with storage facilities has been horrible. The service is minimal not to friendly and no appreciated for becoming a customer but Lakisha made me feel the opposite when going with her storage facilityIt. This has been unforgettable encounter!!!! Thank you Lakisha P.s. Ashley helped me once but I was impressed with her service as well. Great job to whoever hired these two young ladies!!!!

The customer service was excellent the manager La keysha Turner provided excellent customer services as a great concierge of this storage company . She made it easy and made my first experience great and inspirational . She related to my daily struggles as a mother of special needs. I have a child with autism and she among few understood my struggle and daily events .” She was awesome !

I was pleased with the way GM Lakeysha handled my concerns when the initial unit we received did not meet our needs. Overall, we are very happy with the unit Lakeysha made available for us.
