This company installed a new system in my newly constructed house. I’ve now lived here 8 years. A few minor issues with the thermostat and sensors and the company is always very quick to respond and help with any issues I may have. I have overall have had a wonderful experience with this company! I 100% recommend them to friends and family! Plus electric bills are always super cheap!

Had an issue with my AC unit today, and Juan came through in a big way! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was back up and running quickly. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also shared helpful tips to prevent future problems. I truly appreciate his professionalism and expertise. Looking forward to working with him again if needed. Feras was fantastic! He came out to just confirm there were no problems with my heater for the annual review. I appreciated his commentary about my existing heater and that when it needs to be replaced to buy the same unit in the newer version. He provided me great advice and did not try to sell me something I did not need. Generally my prior technicians from other companies have tried to utilize the inspection as a sales opportunity.

The Tech showed up at the at the scheduled appointment time. He was clean, polite and knowledgeable. He completed the replacement of the new furnace and was out and didn't leave a mess!

Gabriel was very professional and came on time. He double and triple check that the system works after he replaced the broken part. Highly recommend Same Day Air Conditioning services and ask for Gabriel.

I am extremely pleased with my new Mitsubishi heat pump installed by Nur HVAC. Everyone in California should use a heat pump due to the high cost of electricity, and Nur HVAC should be your installer. After an initial assessment to determine my needs, the team arrived to plan the installation of the hardware. They asked many questions to figure it out. It only took 5 days for my on-site representatives Konstantin and Maxim to finish the work, which I felt was clean and neat; the electrical, refrigerant, and condensate lines blended into the existing arrangement seamlessly. By the end of day 5, I had hot and cold air at the touch of a button.

Superior service. Fedor promised a high quality install, and delivered beyond expectations. The installers did a high quality install. There were no shortcuts taken. They did everything they could to make the install go smoothly. I cannot recommend them enough.

I hired Nur HVAC to replace and install a new heat pump. Throughout the long duration of the project (with HOA, city permit and other stuff, this is inevitable), the team has been very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Artur is up to speed of everything and answer any questions I have. Sergei and installation teams are on-time with high quality work. Last, their quote is also competitive.
