Great experience! Price was very good, called thirty minutes before arrival and were in and out in an hour. Three bedrooms, hallway and carpeted stairs. Kevin was a really professional expert who walked me through the base package I'd ordered online, offered me a few other upgrades/options.

John Jackson was very professional and a hard worker. He explained the process to me and what to expect. He arrived on time and is a great representation for the company Zerorez.

John was extremely polite, knowledgeable, fast, thorough & on time. We will be using him again to clean our tile & air ducts in the near future & all future carpet cleanings! We will recommend Zerorez to all our friends & relatives. Thanks for the great job!
