So happy from start to finish! The person who took my call was so nice and actually comforting. They didn’t make me feel ridiculous for being upset about the bug situation. They were able to get me scheduled as soon as possible and I was surprised it wasn’t going to cost a ton. Great price for everything you get! The technician, Mack, was so nice! He took time and answered all my questions, explained the process and put me at ease. I will use this company for any and all pest control needs.

Eugene communicated well and arrived promptly. He was friendly, professional and explained everything to me, since I have never had a service like this done before. The price was affordable and I appreciate that they offered regular maintenance packages as well. Would definitely recommend!

Jake, one of the folks that actually does the work performed a fantastic and thorough job. He was very congenial and described all that he was about to do. No problems here. However after careful consideration I will rescind the 1 year contract. Performing bug prevention operations over the Winter months is a sticking point with me. I don’t want to pay for unnecessary months. I don’t want to inflate the price of service by paying for Winter months. I only want the months covering Spring and the Summer months. So I need to say goodbye to future services. Thanks again Jake.

First of all, Ethan was great!! He was a perfect gentleman. Not pushy but eager for our business. So happy I gave Aptive Pest Control a chance. Jay came on time and did a great job explaining everything he was going to do. He was thorough throughout our house and outside. I feel confident that we are covered from any pest problems. Thank you Aptive.

Devon was very open to informing me on everything he was going to do and he was very thorough and very accommodating and an all around good guy. I would like to have him come every time. Being as this is my first service, we will wait and see how everything works, but Devon did a fine job on my property inside and out !
