The great customer reviews led me to sign up with Nate and his firm. I own a small business and unfortunately without any trustworthy advice purchased a dell laptop that was inadequate to handle my businesses’ file and app volume. Nate has not only provided the servicing needed but more importantly the education to understand why the existing hardware and software is inappropriate for my needs. Nate invested many hours solving an issue that was caused by onedrive. His persistence in solving it and helpful suggestions have been invaluable. I plan to work with Nate to set up a new more robust and secure system for my needs.

Very knowledgeable. He spent a couple minutes poking around on my laptop and recommended I replace the disk drive. He showed me which drive to buy on Amazon and the appropriate caddy for it. When the stuff arrived, I did as he instructed and my laptop is working again. Highly recommend this place!

Had a great experience here. After my laptop crashed, I first took it to a larger electronic repair chain. They eventually told me that the drive was corrupted beyond repair and there was nothing they could do. Looking for a second opinion, I took it to Kevin's. Not only did Kevin actually fix my laptop, but the price was much cheaper than the quote I initially got from the national chain. If you have a computer that needs repairing and are looking to support a great local business, I would definitely recommend Kevin's.

Had a great experience, Kevin help me install the SSD to the slot that I messed up with the screw. Just a few seconds with no charge. Definitely will recommend to my friends who have issue with their computers.

I dropped my laptop and broke the screen recently. Kevin was able to replace that and repair my broken hinge in half the time he quoted me. My old laptop looks brand new, thanks a ton!

I cannot recommend Ryan enough for anyone looking to get a custom PC built. I have limited knowledge of PC building but Ryan was able to meet what knowledge I did have with ideas for how to optimize my experience. He is extremely flexible and hardworking. I have had my PC for 1-2 months now and am enjoying it immensely. He will sit you down to make sure you understand exactly what you are getting and how it works while also providing the pros and cons that come with getting alternative parts based on availability. if you were like me and were being extremely cautious about who you wanted to build/fix your computer since you wanted to make sure it was done right, stop looking. Ryan's knowledge, outstanding customer service, and great pricing will be all that you need. Support this business, you won't regret it!

My computer died, so I thought. It was a charging issue, brought it in to Ryan. Was prepared to pay for a new battery and/or a new charger. Turn out I didn't need either; apparently I let the battery drop to a significantly low level and it just needed to charge for an extensive period of time. Ryan could have replaced the battery and/or charger and charged me appropriat

The owner is a good younger guy who knows how to fix problems. Both times I have had computer issues over the years he has resolved inexpensively. I would highly recommend for basic repair needs. Not sure about all computing needs but I know he has helped me out a couple times.
