The Roman Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh for some three thousand parishioners and over 750,000 Catholics. The church is the location of the significant activities of the local Church, from ordinations of the priests to wedding-anniversary celebrations. In addition to many other prayers and worship resources, the Church provides three masses each weekday and six Sunday Masses. Saint Paul Cathedral Diocese of Pittsburgh's Mother Church is uniquely positioned among academic, health, and cultural centers. They receive Holy Communion engage entirely in the celebration of the Eucharist. Saint Anthony Chapel is one of the oldest historical churches in Pittsburgh. The church holds the world's most extensive collection of publicly revered Christian relics, totaling 5,000 outside the Vatican. The fantastic collection is displayed in handcrafted solid walnut reliquaries arranged in altars and side areas. The chapel, its founder, and its treasures serve as tangible proof of the truly amazing things that God can do through even just one of them. Saint Anthony Chapel provides special services to which everyone who prepares for marriage is welcomed. A limited number of portable audio players containing the audio tour are made available in the chapel for guests who are unable to access the audio tour from a smartphone. Saint Anthony Chapel has been designated by the Pittsburgh culture and foundation of monuments as a historical site. Except for Friday, visitors to Saint Anthony's may take a one-hour guided tour of the chapel each day.

They offer resources for prayer and reflection, as well as knowledge about their church. Every day and on weekends, they celebrate the Sacrament of the Eucharist at every Mass. Saint Mary of the Mount Parish Ascension is the most beautiful stained glass window in the Cathedral. Their programs aim to bring the individual to the spirit of Christ through Catholic church prayer, culture, scripture, service, and teaching.
