3 Best Home Inspections in Pittsburgh, PA

If you’re looking for a home inspector, call Ed Lampl! Ed was so thorough during my inspection, and he took the time to educate me not only about what he was doing, but how the item functions and what its purpose is. I felt confident in Ed’s knowledge and expertise. I truly can say that I learned a lot from him. He takes his time and is very passionate about his work. He did not rush through his inspection or skip any steps. My inspection report was sent to my email before I even pulled away. I will contact Ed if I need another home inspection in the future. I HIGHLY recommend Ed Lampl.

Ed is very knowledgeable and patient. He takes the time to explain all client concerns and options, without relying on his impressive credentials to establish his credibility. We have used him to inspect PA, new home build, pre-builder sign-off inspection for build issues, Radon and mold testing. We’ve also used Ed for secondary, follow-up testing after experiencing builder’s lack of response to an identified issue. We appreciate Ed and Valerie’s thoroughness and persistence. Thank you.

This is the second time that I used Ed to inspect a home for me. He does a very thorough job. Ed is detail oriented, and he takes tremendous pride in the work that he does. To top it off, he gave us beautiful areal drone shots of our new home. I always recommend Ed to my family and friends.

Buying a new home and Eagle Home Inspections was recommended. Had a positive experience with them. Very good communication and they were clear at every step of the interactions. They were also accommodating when I had to re-schedule because got an unexpected call at work I had to attend. Overall, had a good experience working with them.

Jon J inspected our house, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. He arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and conducted a thorough inspection from start to finish. What impressed me most was his willingness to let us follow along during the process, answering all our questions with clear and easy-to-understand explanations. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made us feel confident in every step. To top it off, we received an exceptionally detailed inspection report the same evening, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend Jon to anyone in need of a reliable and top-notch home inspector.

The scheduling department gave me a quote with itemized pricing and appointment options within a few hours. Inspectors were very professional and thorough. They encouraged me to stay with them and ask questions throughout the process. I received the thorough report a few hours later.
