TWO KNIVES CATERING REVIEWS

Two Knives catered The Power of the Purse event with hundreds of people and did outstanding! The beef tenderloin was tender, the hummus was packed with flavor, the chocolate ganache was rich and creamy plus a great presentation! Will definitely use them in the future.

Great food for catering. Also weekly "gourmet to go" pick up available for home/personal use. Everything they make is excellent. The homemade coconut rum ice cream is the BEST and is just like the Cuban restaurants in Florida serve!!!!! The fresh baked goods are also outstanding.

I order to-go meals every week!! Everything we have tried is so amazing! And EASY! Pop in the oven or on the stove! Yum!!

It was my first time in Amarillo, TX. and after researching for the best BBQ in town, I ended up going to Devin’s instead of Tyler’s. It was snowing and they were closing soon, but they were very helpful explaining the menu options and recommendations. I ended up trying the brisket and Ribs, with a side of Mac and cheese and the twice baked potato casserole. The plate was huge and delicious. The Brisket was tender and the rub dry ribs tasted so good. I took a German chocolate cake for later, highly recommended. I will be back next time I visit.

This place is off the hook. Amazing people. Amazing food and great culture. Small but really good family oriented place. While we are having our meals about 4-5 times they came to us and ask if we need anything or how is everything. Great job team. Hands down for the great job. Good quality food. Plenty of options for mountain drinks. , Ice teas.

The food and service were excellent! We went on Tuesday and had the special which was Chicken Fried Steak, best in Amarillo hands down! Others at the table had the catfish and bar-b- que and said it was amazing as well! Highly recommend this place!

Desperado catering, catered our wedding in Nov of 2024 and they did an amazing job. Our wedding guest til this day still talk about how good the food at our wedding was. What made us really have no doubt about picking them to cater the wedding was that after the wedding was over you could either take home the left overs or they would pack up the food and donte it to a shelter. My husband and I thought that was an amazing idea and loved to be able to giving back on our special day!

I love, love, love Desperados BBQ. Their ribs are the best! There is nothing on their menu that is not a notch above delicious. We drive to Pampa to get it when they are in town. Any leftover ribs or brisket go into my pinto beans. So good!

Accurate, precise and delightful service. Food alone stands out, great consistent flavor within the catering quantities. Open communication from beginning to post service. Thanks again for the great service for our Safety Lunch on 3-21-24.
