DRUNKEN OYSTER REVIEWS

I have a love for cajun seasonings and cajun food. This place nailed it as far as I am concerned. I had the blackened catfish which they called loaded (but I considered smothered) with etouffee. I can handle more spice/heat but this was honestly perfectly prepared and presented. They nailed this one regardless of what some of the naysayers may have posted. Jesse was my waiter and his recommendations were appreciated. I spoke with the manager on my way out and I expressed my gratitude for the experience. I definitely give this restaurant a two thumbs up.

Super cool place with great decor, food and service. We thought it would be busier on a Friday night but we were 1 of only a few tables. Great service and the food was so good.

A great place for a date night, or a girl's night out. The Fondue was excellent, and a great appetizer. The Mahi Mahi was perfectly cooked, the NY Strip was grilled expertly, and we were both very pleased. A real gen if you are in Amarillo, or locals looking to try something new. I highly recommend The Drunken Oyster.

Robert. Is the reason my wife and I have come back week after week for our date night!!! I bet he is the night manager but with how he makes my wife and I feel comfortable he might as well be the owner. He truly cares about our experience and wants us to enjoy or food and atmosphere!! Wish I could give 6 stars. Officially my wife’s and i’s date night location.

Last minute dinner decision ended up a great choice. Micah, our server was attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable about the menu. Bar drinks (I always order an old fashioned) were tasty. Food fresh and delicious. We haven't been to Red Lobster in a few years because the last visits were less than impressive. Glad we decided to try it again! We left impressed this time and look forward to returning.

Our waiter, Richard was exceptionally impressive! The service was absolutely fantastic. Robert, the manager checked on us periodically as well. Can’t get better service than this now days! The food was great! Got to our table fast and was the perfect temperature. Thank you all for an awesome experience and meal.

This is a small place with big flavors! The oysters are so fresh and the catfish and shrimp are also delish! The beer is on ice so it’s very cold. The service is exceptional with seasoned wait staff. Again it’s an small older place but worth a visit! There is an outdoor seating area as well. Daily specials except for Wednesdays. We visit this place often and have been coming here for years and years! Go…You won’t be disappointed.

Love this place we have traveled to Amarillo twice since April. The waitress is always so generous. We have brought 2 dozen oysters home to Albuquerque, and they have been perfect. Thank you Scott's Oyster bar. I failed to get the waitresses name twice now, but thank you are amazing.

The raw oyster platter with cocktail sauce, crackers and fried shrimp with lenlmon were spectacular.
