We loved the food and so did all of our guests! Wendy and her team made it easy, they handled all of the little details I couldn’t have thought of! They completely handled my specs order which was a god send. Anything that I wanted they were so accommodating, they truly helped make the wedding a luxury experience, while also being one of our most reasonably priced options! All of my bridesmaids are still talking about how fun the bartenders were so they also did an excellent job with that. They were super flexible and helpful with the fact that my Aunt baked our pie’s for dessert. Also - I think it was a rare attribute of my wedding venue but I actually got to see the full set up of the tables the day before, they already had everything almost set up! That totally put my mind at ease that I didn’t have to worry about that day of.

Wendy and her team are exceptional - It's the only word for their amazing work. First of all, her heart is clearly in the work and she cares about the causes she supports with her catering. She provided an incredible meal to the non-profit I work for at an incredibly reasonable price. When her workers ran into problems with an angry member of building security at the venue for our event, she was communicative with me, and supportive of her employees. Finally, the food was AMAZING and so nicely presented. It was hard to believe how nice the food looked and tasted. Thank you barely covers it, Wendy! Kudos to you and your amazing team.

We chose Vestals catering for our wedding recently and we couldn’t have been happier with our catering experience! The food was absolutely amazing—our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. From the buffet meal to the appetizers during cocktail hour, everything was 10/10 in quality and flavor. So many people came up to us to comment on how delicious the food was! The catering team’s communication and service were also top-notch. They were clear and helpful throughout the planning process and went above and beyond on the day of our wedding. During the meal, they regularly checked on us and even brought us drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. We highly recommend them for any event—you won’t be disappointed.

I had the pleasure of working with the Vestals team for my recent baby shower in Austin, and they were absolutely wonderful! From our intake process, to narrowing in on the details of the day, Aubrey and her team made sure to not only prepare a fantastic menu of items, but also were thoughtful in their suggestions based on the design and vibe I was going for. On the day of, the on site staff was prompt and friendly, and kept things running smoothly through the event. I had guests rave that the food was "not like normal catering food" - IN A GOOD WAY! 10/10 recommend for your next event.

They were an amazing catering company! I was so busy I didn’t take any pictures but those two but please know everybody loved all of the food. Everybody was so happy and I can’t thank them enough for helping me make our holiday party such a success. And the staff was beyond friendly, helpful, and great to work with.

Amazing company, amazing food! Communication was great, Jordan is awesome! I’m so glad we chose them for our May 2025 wedding. We received SO many compliments on the hors d’oeuvres and dinner, especially on the steak and how perfect it was. They did our place settings too and they were beautiful. 10/10 recommend booking with this company!

Jordan and his team were top-notch pros at the tasting. The deal was made after I took the first bite of ceviche. Every bite was delicious. Our guests all raved that the food was the best catered meal they had eaten at a wedding. The staff were super friendly and worked to the last minute blessing us with their hospitality.

KCI was able to meet all of our dietary restrictions while maintaining a delicious menu for our wedding! The food was fresh as KCI had their own setup to cook everything on-site at the venue. We highly recommend KCI.
