UCHI REVIEWS
The quality of food and presentation were exceptional! I would say the value per the serving sizes were about 10-15% off, meaning either lower the price for those serving sizes or up the portion by that much. The server Taylor was very knowledgeable and helped with some selections to help guide us through the dining experience. I would definitely visit their again and will also be trying their different restaurant upstairs called Uchiba. Parking: I did not choose the Free Valet as the place they have to drive down between their location and the construction next door is a little sketchy so I opted to park across the street in a paid parking garage. I thought the $15.00 was worth it for the peace of mind.
We had the most amazing time at Uchi tonight for my birthday dinner. Our incredible experience started as we were greeted as we walked through the door by attentive host. We were sat at a comfortable table within minutes upon our arrival. As soon as we were seated, we were greeted by our server, Rachel. She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We ended up going with the somakase menu where you build your tasting menu with your server! All of the food we had was delicious. Rachel helped us choose the perfect menu and made my birthday so special! We will definitely be back soon!
Each dish was an explosion of flavors! We did the custom sampler where they factor in budget and favorite flavors/meats. They gave us an extra dish as we celebrated starting our honeymoon and they were super kind and celebratory. We were so blown away. The best sushi ever! We loved the beef with hot stone, the steak, and the lobster in amazing, spicy green curry. The environment was modern, full of people, however still with timely service!

BENIHANA DALLAS REVIEWS
This is a great place for family celebrations with built in table side entertainment The chefs are highly skilled and prepare hibachi meals with great flair! I usually order shrimp with my fried rice and vegetables. My husband orders surf and turf and my in-laws, steak. We usually top dinner off with ice cream. You can’t go wrong with this restaurant!! Parking: Parking lot is available across street. Not sure if paid or free.
Went here for my dad and my son's birthday and had a great time. The waitress we had was very attentive, and our chef, Jace, was the best I've ever had there! He was such a cool and funny guy. My son was having a rough day and Jace made him feel like a big deal and definitely cheered him up. A good core memory for my son, and for all of us. The food was great! People may complain about the price, but you have to know what you're walking into when you go to Benihana and not leave a bad review because you didn't do your homework. Great place, great chef. We will be requesting Jace whenever we go!
The staff was so friendly and helped me enjoy my solo birthday lunch! Vanessa was my waitress and Kingsley was my hibachi cook and he was so awesome! Great personality and skilled! Vanessa was so nice and we sung happy birthday together since it was just me lol. They BOTH really made my birthday lunch beautiful and sweet. Vanessa even offered for a Benihana Photo! This place is so good and awesome all around, from the staff, environment and food! Keep up the great work Benihana!!

WABI HOUSE REVIEWS
We ordered Tsukemen and spicy miso Raman. Both were really good. Tuckemen was more delicious. The broth was very flavorful. Tuckemen is only server for dinner. I can say this place is very authentic Japanese Raman. I tried a lot of Raman places and this place satisfied me. I used to live in Japan. Servers are very helpful and very professional. I highly recommend this restaurant. I am definitely going back again.
The tonkotsu ramen is amazing! The broth is hearty and not overly salty. The chashu was perfect and so tender. The service was also great. This place has the best ramen I have tried!
The food is always amazing. The service is very professional. This time around we got to meet some of the cooks and management that made our night even better. Thank you for your hospitality.
