I recently got married this past weekend on the 24th of may. My husband and I couldn’t have made a better choice of who we should have cater our special day!Andrew and his team went above and beyond to make everything delicious and absolutely wonderful. From the pork tender loin down to the mashed potatoes! Plus all the mashed potatoes were GONE before dinner ended because our guest were non-stop raving about them! There is no need to look anywhere else for caters because bissel is top notch people and their food as well! If I could I would give way more then 5 stars!

Food was fantastic all the guest kept going on about how good the food was. The servers were sweet and helpful and kept the pans full and the drinks full. I would for sure use them again.

Lunch today was amazing! Thanking you for spoiling us with your famous fajitas! You have made Nurses’ Week special!

Rothchild catered our wedding and we are so happy that we got to work with them. They were very flexible in terms of implementing our ideas, and our wedding reception ran super smoothly. We especially appreciated the staff preparing dinner plates for my husband and me to make sure we got to try all the excellent food. We had multiple guests say afterward it was the best wedding food they’d ever had, and we have to agree! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a caterer in the Knoxville area!

We recently used Rothchild Catering for a fundraising event. Demi and her staff were amazing to work with. She was very quick to reply to any concerns we had and was extremely helpful in assisting with menu choices. The food was as delicious as it was beautiful! I will definitely use Rothchild in the future! Thank you for making our event so special!

Great Company to use for offsite events or meetings. I have used them for many years, and they are always on time. Their food is delicious, whether you are ordering for 20 people or 250. Their staff is wonderful to work with. Give them a try, I know you won’t be disappointed.

Rosas did the most fantastic job catering my wedding, we had a pasta station with salad and banana pudding for dessert. Everything was amazing and their servers were so kind and attentive. So many of our guests raved to us after the wedding about how great of an experience they had and how delicious the food was. We will absolutely be using Rosas again for our catering needs.

Everyone at our wedding was raving about the food because of Rosas! The staff was extremely kind to work with leading up to the wedding and on the day of. They made me and my husband feel comfortable and were willing to do whatever we needed to make our big day. At our tasting, they pulled out all the stops to ensure we were confident with our choices. They nail southern hospitality and we could not recommend them enough!

We had a chip and dip bar and slider bar for our wedding this past weekend and everyone raved about how good it was! The servers were very friendly, and they even offered to help us set up our cake table! We will 100% be using Rosa’s again for parties in the future!
