We had a great experience working with Mintahoe Catering & Events for our wedding! One of their venues we initially wanted to look at was going to be way out of our budget, Mintahoe offered other options within our budget and we ended up going with and loving the Solar Arts building in NE Minneapolis. It was such a great space! Mintahoe was helpful, responsive, professional, and fun to work with throughout the entire process. I loved having a venue/catering company that included everything (food, bar service, tableware etc). It made the planning process so much easier. We got lots of compliments on the food and everyone loved our bartender and the staff!

We loved our venue, Solar Arts. It was the perfect relaxed and elegant vibe we were looking for. There are many amazing places throughout the building to take pictures. Mintahoe was great to work with! Kelly was helpful throughout the process and amazing the day of the wedding. The food was good (the Moroccan tagine was the best, and neither one of us are vegetarians). Highly recommend.

We had our wedding reception at MN Boat Club in September, and had a great time! From booking to event date, working with the fine folks at Mintahoe was a breeze! Everything was easy to manage- it truly took off a lot of the stress! The food was fantastic. The drinks were great. The venue was breathtaking. We loved our time and would highly recommend booking with Mintahoe.

CHOWGIRLS CATERING REVIEWS

We had the opportunity to use Chow Girls Catering for a recent birthday party we hosted in our home. From the first communication with Libby, I knew I made the right decision. Chow Girls Catering was so helpful with the menu selections, bar selections (with a signature cocktail), and even led us to an amazing DJ duo. Danica was just a dream the night of the party. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Every detail was covered. And the Chow Girls Catering crew made everything flow seamlessly. Thank you SO much for a very memorable evening.

Chowgirls catered my daughter's wedding shower and we couldn't have been more impressed with the beautiful presentation of the food down to the smallest details, the very friendly staff we met, and the delicious food! So many guests sent me photos afterwards of the food and said it was all just so beautiful and they kept asking me where it all came from. Great job Chowgirls! I highly recommend this for your catering needs!

We recently had a celebration of life for my father in law at Lakewood Garden Mausoleum. Chowgirls did a fantastic job with the event. Our guests loved all the food and the service was just top notch. Danica and her crew were amazing. We can’t thank them enough for making our celebration of life memorable for everyone. We've had the privilege to have dined with Chef Phillip and his amazing staff on many occasions and have never been disappointed! This past week we booked a private 5-course pairing dinner with the Create team and were overwhelmed on the level of execution. Everything was PERFECT! Our guests were amazed by the level or professionalism and of course the quality of the meal. This team also puts on pop-up dinners that are a must.. Chef Phillip, Chef Dylan, Chef Sun, and Service Manager Dylan are the best of the best. Thank you staff for making another amazing memory! Cheers-

This is our 3rd consecutive annual gala with Create, and they are essential to its success each year. Our guests attend tons of galas, eat tons of catered gala food, and we have been receiving praise and compliments for the dinner served for the past 5 days! Chef Sun’s and Chef Logan’s appetizers, desserts, and accoutrements truly enhance the entire event and guest experience. Service Captain, Dylan and his team are so proactive, professional, and dedicated to ensuring everything goes smoothly. Thank you, Create Catering!

Chef Phillip and the Create Catering team are top notch! We had a phenomenal private event at The Dining Studio and it was incredible! The space is cool, team is fantastic and the food… OUT OF THIS WORLD! Had the pleasure of working with chef on a custom menu and the execution was beyond! 100/10 recommend!
