Nicoletta, her husband Danny, and her whole team are class and warmth all the way. They care deeply about the food they offer and the diners they cook it for. Our family rented a house in La Jolla and hired her based on an anniversary event my wife and I attended a few weeks prior. With numerous food allergy concerns, Nicoletta was able to craft an amazing, 5 course dinner of charred shishito pepper “roulette”, fresh salad, pasta rustica, NY strip with Yukon gold potatoes and broccolini, and vegan coconut gelato. It’s clear from both times tasting her creations that she can do everything! And I mean EVERYthing. When you hire her, you can sit back and let her staff set up, prepare and cook, serve, and break down. Do Or Dine is simply one-of-a-kind.

Chef Nicoletta and Danny were phenomenal. We were visiting Oceanside for a work offsite and were blown away with our experience. It was an incredible evening, all thanks to Nicoletta and Danny. You can feel their passion for food and cooking. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend Do or Dine Catering to anyone.

JennHouse catered two events for us last weekend and did a GREAT job. They were very attentive to our needs, right from the very first email, when they addressed our questions and came up with very creative menu ideas that fit our budget. The food was outstanding, and displayed very well. We had them serve for one event and dropoff for another, and both went very smoothly. Would highly recommend them.

JennHouse Catering is a five star team. I've worked with allot of catering companies and this by far rates number ONE! The first contact was a couple emails and phone conversations to a home visit to a site plan. They created a GF brunch that that got great reviews from all my guest. The scramble station was incredible. Cooking on site was a hit, the buffet was made up of fruit, pastries, potatoes, bacon, sausages, and french toast. The bar featured Bloody Mary's and Mimosas. The team that arrived was a well oiled machine. They bused tables, emptied trash and made sure everyone had what they needed. I can't tell you how many guest came up to me raved about the food and the team! It was truly a fabulous experience! I highly recommend JennHouse catering and her TEAM.
