I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to try out Hannibal's while I was activated for my job here in Rancho Cordova. While I was here, I had the pleasure of meeting Taylor, and I also had the opportunity to try out their chicken curry, which was absolutely amazing. I love Indian food, and I am a very very strict critic of what is and isn't good when it comes Indian food, and I can say this is above reproach. I urge you to try out their chicken curry, and if you ever get the opportunity to see or meet Taylor, you'll be as well off as I am. Thank you again Hannibal's, it was a wonderful experience.

We had Hannibal Catering for our wedding, 4/23/22. From the very start we had such great experience. The communication was great. We were able to see multiple menus and when we found what we wanted they had us come in for a tasting. They were very flexible with us changing the contract a few times. The day of we everything was set up so nicely. It was nice that they were able to handle that part. Definitely appreciate it. The food was delicious. Everyone loved it. The best part we have left overs. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend for your next event.

We went to a memorial service yesterday and at the reception Hannibal’s did the catering! I was so impressed with the food and the presentation. It was amazing!! Best sandwich, salad and cookie I’ve had in a long time! Didn’t have room for other dessert but the cupcakes looked amazing too! Brought half of my sandwich home as they supplied to-go boxes and had it for dinner! Can’t say enough about Hannibal’s!! If I have a gathering, I’ll definitely call them! Everything was so fresh.

Jackson Catering was fantastic. My wife and I had them cater our wedding on 9/7/24 at Black Oak and the food was fantastic, our guests loved it. From the beginning of our interactions Danica and Julie were amazing. They both answered any and all of our questions during our inital phone call and were super accommodating during our first tasting and final tasting. They are very communicative and replied to emails within the day. I personally have a gluten allergy and they were able to make me a separate dish to accommodate my dietary needs for the big day. I would recommend them to anyone looking to host an event. 11/10 will use them again.

Jackson Catering really delivered! We enjoyed two tastings before the wedding and were impressed by their personal attention as well as the delicious food. They were a pleasure to work with leading up to the big day and all of our guests RAVED about the dinner which made us feel great. They even accommodated our vegan guests who really enjoyed their entree. Be sure to try: Shrimp Tostadas, Lentil Fritters, Cast Iron Crisp Chicken, and Ravioli.

We used Jackson Catering for our October 2024 wedding and were very impressed. They offered a complimentary tasting so we could select our food and linens. The food was incredible! Our guests agreed wholeheartedly. One couple said they had been to multiple weddings that year and the food at our wedding was the best! Big thanks to Jackson Catering.

Great catering drop-off! Everything arrived on time, was easy to set up, and tasted amazing. The food was fresh and a big hit with everyone. Super smooth experience from start to finish—would definitely order again.

All Seasons is truly a class act. We had a corporate client appreciation event here and the theme was night at the museum and they truly were the main reason it was such a success. From helping with the design and food choices to day of coordination made the event flawless. I can't recommend them enough and am excited to use them in the future.

We used them for our wedding in August and they are AMAZING!! Every single person at the wedding said how amazing the food was. We did foods from around the world and they did amazing at every single cuisine. I would 100 percent hire them! They did so good.
