I have a small reselling business, and occasionally need something fixed. I found these guys online, and I live 2,000 miles away - two red flags. I was cautious at first, since we don't know each other and I'd have to work with them by mail. However, my local repair shop has been doing really bad work and I needed to do something different.

Experience at rapid repair was just as the name says . I showed up late evening possibly a weekend on top of that. Friendly technician was there to assist my needs repairing my broken phone . I could not be more satisfied. The fess included wore reasonable with competitors and yet rapid phone repair was the only one there for me at my time of need . Thank you again hopefully I won’t have to see you ever again hahah (keep phone not broken ). I will know right where to go .

I went to this store with really low expectations, as the experiences I’ve had in the past were terrible with phone repair stores. But Brayden, the tech on duty, far exceeded my expectations and had my phone fixed in no time!! Five stars for sure!!

Literally could not have been any happier with the service! The price was what they said it was, and the work was done ahead of schedule. The price was absolutely way more competitive than a traditional retail atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I love this place!!! I bought the bundle package and have needed a new screen protector and 3 Raptor protectors and it’s all for the initial 60 bucks. I drop my phone often so this saves me so much money. The staff is friendly and quick too! Verizon charges 40 bucks just for the screen protector so the bundle gives you both with a 2 year warranty.

My phone’s screen was severely damaged, and I was having to look forward to a very long and drawn-out process and contacting insurance and getting my phone ready to be replaced. However, I decided to try out uBreakiFix and my phone was completely fixed and ready within half and hour. The technician Kyle was very straightforward and helpful, and offered us a reasonable price on a brand-new screen. 10/10 would recommend.

If you need your phone fixed, this is your place. We went to 4 other stores before this one and they all didn’t have the part that we needed for the phone. They were SUPER fast, 45 minutes. Cheaper than all of the other places, and inside of the store looked the best out of all the stores. Kyle is the one who helps us and he was super helpful and nice. Amazing place, everything 10/10

Great service. I made an appointment online got there early, they helped me right away. I thought I had a serious problem but turned out I just needed the charging port cleaned. They cleaned it up for me and I was as set! No charge, polite and helpful. I would have paid but they insisted. I will definitely be back if I have any other issues. Thanks!
