We recently had the pleasure of working with Anthony from Gold Star Plumbing, and he did an outstanding job. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable in his work. Anthony replaced our toilet efficiently and with great attention to detail. He represented Gold Star Plumbing exceptionally well, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. Highly recommend.

Paul and the Dream Team were the blessing we needed during our time of crisis on 1/16/25. We needed a hot water heater replacement for my Mom and Paul and his Dream Team took care of us like we were family. Besides being very understanding, professional and extremely caring, they were on the job within 24 hours of our call. They replaced the old water heater within a couple of hours and that's with them leaving to go pick a new one up. They also hauled off the old one. The installation of the new hot water heater is beautiful. I have included a picture of the old hot water heater vs the new one that was installed by Gold Star Plumbing & Drain. Such a beautiful job. I would completely use their services again without hesitation. Thank you for taking such good care of my Mom.

My technicians, Paul and Nate did an excellent job. Very friendly and great service technicians. I gave 5 stars for them. They are truly great techs. However, I would recommend you ask specific questions at time of booking to the company before sending the technicians out. I found their price extremely high once said and done but that is on me for not asking more and getting a quote since it was a very small job only taking about 30 minutes. Service call price is NO where near actual price.

Our a/c system was not cooling correctly so when Miguel came out, he thoroughly inspected everything and cleaned and tuned up the system. Miguel is very professional, friendly and thorough. He got our system working well and showed me how to do my part in keeping it healthy. I would recommend Riteway to anyone having issues with their heating and cooling system.

I had a great experience with Rite Way today with my HVAC service call. Communication was great with text messages and phone calls to let me know when they were on their way. My technicians, Charles Blue and Matthew Branch were both very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. After their inspection of my HVAC unit they clearly explained several issues going on and gave their recommendations to obtain better performance of my unit. They provided photos of each part they were talking about and provided price estimates for any work to be done. No pressure or sales pitch, just the facts and answered all of my questions. So, if you are looking for an organized and professional company for your heating, cooling or plumbing needs I’d definitely recommend Rite Way.

After walking out to a leaking water heater, I called Rite Way (formerly Plumbing and AC Medic), and they came out same day to provide a quote. Decided on a tankless system and was very happy with the process of arriving at a fair price; no pressure, very professional. What I was most impressed by though was the politeness and professionalism of everyone on Mike’s team. There were 5 or 6 gentleman who came out to the house over two days, and they were all extremely friendly, responded to questions with thorough answers or “yes/no sir” and did very clean work. I highly recommend! Also having them service my AC units because of the positive experience. Thanks in particular to Gabe, Devon, and Justin.
