We recently had the need for a new home inspection. So, if you don't know who to use, you ask around. We were referred to Stratton Inspections. It was last minute, and they needed to jump through some hoops to make our builders schedule work. The women in the office was polite and took all of my information, and insured me all would be ok. The Gentleman they sent out was Matt. He let us know what time to meet him at our house, where he went over the report in detail. Matt found things I would have NEVER have known to look for, that the builder is now responsible for repairing. The value of a good inspection, to set your mind at ease, is an understatement.
