My first experience with ubreakifix, and I was very satisfied with the service. The tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. Instead of ordering a part, which would have taken several days and cost more, he was able to salvage a part from a computer in their "graveyard." The only thing that could have made it better is if the were open 24 hours and I was able to get it back the same night, but considering I brought it in an hour before closing and got it back two hours after they opened the next morning, the turnaround was very quick.

They did a diagnostics check on my Samsung A24; however, the part needed was unavailable. They called me the same day to let me know they couldn't fix it. Refunded the diagnostics cost. They did replace my charger port (which was the same problem) on the same phone two years ago. With that said the work they do holds up. My phone just sucks. Lol!!

I had a charging port issue. I thought it was broken. They said let me take a look. Cleaned it up now its working. Could have told me it was broken to get money. But no these people are honest. Highly recommend.
