A wonderfully happy., joyous and positive attitude like Mr Andrew’s can sometime mask average work but Mr Andrew’s work was anything but. It was exceptional so both really stood out. I have a rather spacious property in the French Quarter with many windows and the clarity was brilliant and if you think it can’t get any better it does…he cleaned all the lanterns which one never realizes makes a significant difference. yearly for sure but quite possibly ever six months just to be safe.
