This place is amazing, and the guy working (whom I assume is the owner) was super helpful and chill. I brought in my laptop for a missing screw a few minutes before it closed. The guy searched through his drawers collecting screws to try while we chatted, several minutes after 5, until he found one. He tried to just let me have it for free, saying "ahh don't worry about it just leave a nice review," but I insisted on tipping him 10 dollars. I knew this would be a better experience than going to a chain like ubreakifix, and I was totally right. He also has antique computers that are really cool to look at while you wait, if you're into that sort of thing. Can't recommend enough.

Friendly, effective same-day service. The owner was super pleasant and patient as he walked me through what was happening with my wife's laptop. After he fixed it, he walked me through what to do if it happened again — totally solved my problem. He'll definitely be my go-to next time I have an issue.

Brought my desktop in on a Saturday and Brian was able to look at it right away. Diagnosed the issue in about an hour and prices were very reasonable.

Took my phone in due to an obstruction in the charging port. Showed it to the tech behind the counter who quickly assured me there was no problem. He stepped away for about a minute and then gave me the phone in perfect working condition. Even plugged it in infront of me. He didn't even charge me. Great job, will be the first place I go with phone issues.

uBreakiFix on Magazine Street never disappoints. I have used them before for cell phones, but this time it was my laptop. I got the same top-notch service at a reasonable price. Big thanks to Alvin who diagnosed the problem right away. I will be back if I need other electronic repairs.
