My experience with ABC Fire and Burglar Alarm has been exceptional, particularly after a frustrating transition from my previous provider, Brinks. The journey started on August 4, 2025, with a seamless consultation from salesman John D., who was professional and knowledgeable. After a 32-day delay with Brinks being reluctant to release me, my equipment was finally freed, and I officially joined the ABC family. The installation, handled flawlessly by technicians Derek and Wade on September 17, exceeded all my expectations. Not only was the service professional, but I also noticed an immediate improvement. My existing cameras, which were previously used with Brinks, now have a much clearer image and the added benefit of cloud storage. A huge thank you and hats off to John, Derek, and Wade for their outstanding customer service and impeccable work.

I have been a customer with ABC Fire and Burglar for 6 years. I have had to utilize both fire and ambulance services and they were very quick with the response time. I have Toughdog and Alarm. Com cameras and they have exceptional quality both video and audio. I love the app feature as well and I can always see what’s going on and who’s coming and going. The panic button is at my fingertips literally. The service department is also extremely professional and efficient in taking care of any technical problems you may have with your system. I always get sales people trying to get me to switch to their security company and I refuse because I tell them No one can beat my long time security company. If you want to feel safe and secure this company is the one for you.

The staff and service are exceptional; I have been a client for many years, and they consistently provide excellent customer service.
