Roof Tiger- From the initial visit and evaluation of my roof project I found Roof Tiger personnel to be professional and absolutely thorough. Their dedication to customer service shines. Detail and credible sales and operational individuals were on site from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Their highly skilled crew replaced my roof without any damage. Superb preparation to protect windows, A/C units, driveway, trees, flower beds, and even the lawn were taken. Roof Tigers owners, sales reps, and operations personnel constantly kept in contact with me. Several times during the day they followed up making sure I was happy with the progress being made and asked if there was something they needed to change to the process to it more comfortable. At the end the crew did a fabulous job cleaning up. The area was policed with magnets making sure all nails and debris got cleaned up. I will definitely use Roof Tiger again and recommend them to the community for their roofing project.

Roof Tiger does a great job. Everyone we have dealt with there has been super friendly and kind! After a hailstorm they were able to get out and check/replace our roof quickly. Would recommend Roof Tiger to anyone who is looking to replace their roof.

River City put a new roof on my elderly mother's home. 5 star job! They evaluated the roof and were honest in sharing that only an older portion of the roof needed replaced. They were flexible with rescheduling when a chance of rain was in the forecast. When the good weather day came they arrived on time and were polite and efficient. They had a large enough crew to complete the job in one day. The workers were diligent and they did an exceptional job on both the roofing and the cleanup. Very, very positive experience and I highly recommend them.

I recently had my roof and gutters replaced due to hail damage. Chris came and did the inspection and was top notch. Explained and showed me pictures of everything he seen that needed to be replaced. Even took the time to go through my insurance claim as well. A week later my new roof was installed and those guys did an excellent job from my roof to cleaning up. I wasn’t expecting them to but even covered my pool so nothing would get in there. A couple days later gutters and downspouts in stalled and I was very impressed. Josh came by today walked me through what they was going to do as far as metal work they did an excellent job and service. From start to finish on time, answered the phone or called back very quickly and answered every question. Top notch service. Highly recommend.

I was referred to River City by my neighbor. I had both roof and siding done because of hail damage. . They did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything great. Justin Wilson oversaw the project and he was excellent to work with. He worked with the insurance company and followed up on everything. I’d give him 6 stars if I could.. Great job, great company!.
